ABOUT INEVENT

InEvent is a fast-growing B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing within large enterprises, creating high-level management for the c-level suite and robust operational tools for analysts and managers.

 

OPENING: CUSTOMER SUCCESS NINJA

We are looking for people who are fascinated by customer experience, with the motivation to nurture relationships with InEvent customers and users. The most important thing is not your experience, but your desire to learn and make it happen! You will have the autonomy and responsibility of:

  • Meet the largest companies in the United States and the main players in the event market.

  • Develop a relationship with the event managers and marketing directors of these large companies.

  • Create scalable processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible.

  • Work in partnership with InEvent marketing and product areas.

  • Give constant feedbacks to product development and support sales processes.

 

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Willingness to serve customers by helping them achieve their success by using the InEvent product as easily as possible.
  • Must have personal notebook (Mac or Windows).
  • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android).
  • Must be a US citizen or have a valid working visa to apply for this position.
  • The determination to solve new problems and propose scalable solutions.
  • Strategy to automate the support process.
  • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
  • Knowledge on Google Drive suite.

OPENING DETAILS

Location: United States of America

Workload: 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Salary + commission + vesting + goals achievement bonus.

Start: immediate.

Visa: You must be a US citizen or have a valid working visa to apply for this position.

Remote work is possible, traveling will occur frequently.
