InEvent is looking for hands-on professionals who want to join the client-focused Customer Success team responsible for wowing our customers all around the globe!

 

ABOUT INEVENT

InEvent is a B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing within large enterprises, creating high-level management for the c-level suite and robust operational tools for analysts and managers.

 

OPENING: CUSTOMER SUCCESS SYSTEM ANALYST 

We are looking for people who are fascinated by customer experience, with the motivation to nurture relationships with InEvent customers and users.

You will have the autonomy and responsibility to:

  • Be the point of contact to technical queries involving API integrations and similar.
  • Work and discuss strategies together with InEvent c-level suite.
  • Meet and support Fortune 500 companies continuous usage of InEvent product.
  • Develop a relationship with the event managers and marketing directors of these large companies.
  • Create scalable processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible.
  • Work in partnership with InEvent marketing and product areas.
  • Be a part of a growing team, reporting to a Team Leader and Manager.
  • Give constant feedbacks to product development and support sales processes.
  • Interact with prospects at c-level meetings and provide live product demos.

 

MUST HAVE

  • Customer support experience preferably in a tech company or startup
  • Knowledge of customer experience and excellent communication skills
  • Experience or high knowledge with API integrations (Ex: Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, etc…)
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent English to communicate and interact with colleagues customers around the world.
  • TOEFL IBT > 95 or CAE > C1 exams are desirable.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge are differentials.
  • Proficiency in another language will be a differential for vacancy and benefits (French, German or Italian).
  • Flexibility to adapt to different a timezone.
  • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup!

 

OPENING DETAILS

Contract: Full-time, permanent (CNPJ for BR residents)

Location: Remote. Anywhere.

Equip: Your own notebook with access to an internet browser, Office and G-Suite platform. We offer office support to InEventers.

Workload: minimum of 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Salary + commission + goals achievement bonus + PTO + InEvent perks
