ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER SUCCESS 
 
We are looking for people who are fascinated by customer experience, with the motivation to nurture relationships with InEvent customers and users. Working with the Enterprise team, you will be responsible to create and maintain a relationship with customer's accounts assigned to you. It is not only important to be an amazing instructor and communicator, but also an adaptable professional.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Work and discuss strategies together with InEvent c-level suite.
  • Meet and support Fortune 500 companies continuous usage of InEvent product.
  • Develop a relationship with the event managers and marketing directors of these large companies.
  • Create scalable processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible.
  • Work in partnership with InEvent marketing and product areas.
  • Be a part of a growing team, reporting to a Team Leader and Manager.
  • Give constant feedbacks to product development and support sales processes.

 

PRE-REQUISITES:
 
  • Fluent English to communicate and interact with customers around the world.
  • Fluent Spanish or French.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a different timezone, specially during training.
  • Experience in a SaaS company or startup.
  • Experience with Customer Success.
  • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge are a plus!

CONTRACT:
 This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
