Learning and Development Coordinator

InEvent is a B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing within large enterprises, creating high-level management for the c-level suite and robust operational tools for analysts and managers.

We are looking for hands-on professionals who want to join the innovation team responsible for WOWing customers at events, conventions and business training with transformative technology.


We are looking for people who are passionate about potentializing corporate talents, with a desire to deliver quality using our methodology and strive to continuously improve the standards of internal trainings. With previous corporate training experience, you must be passionate about learning and making things happen!

You will have the autonomy and responsibility to:  

  • Design and develop in-house trainings.
  • Define appropriate training methods according to each context. 
  • Prepare training materials, including schedules, videos, and presentations.
  • Provide insightful training sessions according to the demands set by InEvent.
  • Ensure the InEvent standards are met in order to have new starters prepared to attend customers proficiently.
  • Strengthen and build the L&D team participating in recruitment processes and growth strategies. 
  • Coordinate the L&D team to ensure  innovation, quality and commitment to deadlines. 
  • Strive for continuous improvement, offering feedback on changes that may arise throughout  training.


  • Fluent English to deliver training sessions in English.
  • TOEFL IBT > 95 or CAE exams are highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different timezones.
  • Should have a background in corporate training, preferably in a startup or tech company.
  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills in order to adapt the sessions to the audience needs.
  • Manage time efficiently and self-organize due to the training calendar.
  • Experience with leading projects and trainings both to team members and customers is a plus. 
  • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.



Location: Worldwide -  100% remote.

Workload: 40 hours per week.

Start: Immediate.

Equip: Must have your own notebook with access to internet browser, Office and G-Suite platform, and a mobile device (iOS or Android)
