InEvent is a B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for marketing and events within large enterprises, creating high-level management for the c-level suite and robust operational tools for analysts and managers.

The  Employer Branding Specialist will help advance our recruitment and talent brand as well as ensure InEvent is an employer of choice in all markets, by identifying and highlighting the key differentiators that set us apart from our competitors. Your mission is to design, develop and implement our Global Employer Brand strategy and be a true ambassador of our InEvent culture and employee experience. The selected candidate will play a vital role in building content for brands across social channels and other platforms to help enable our rapid growth. 


In this role you will work on a variety of initiatives to communicate our Employee Value Proposition, positioning the company as an employer of choice and attracting the best talent across selected countries. Other responsibilities include: 

  • Working in conjunction with the Marketing Team to redesign our career page with visuals that represent our company;
  • Developing and executing  candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites;
  • Designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness; 
  • Establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns under short deadlines;
  • Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement and talent attraction;
  • Keep track of KPIs on reach, engagement and employer brand awareness and translate this data into optimization ;
  • Setting, screening and surveying social media standards for contractors and ensuring that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned.


  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Employer Branding Specialist or Marketeer in a fast-paced environment;
  •  Proven involvement in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions;
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Promotions, Recruiting and/or  e-Marketing;
  • Strong Administration skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced command of the English language;
  • Proactive mentality in defining strategies and executing activities;  
  • Imaginative and efficient; 
  • Excellent team-working skills;
  • Capacity to adjust well to a fast-paced environment


  • Fluent English - TOEFL IB > 95 or CAE > C1
  • Personal notebook (Mac or Windows) with access to internet browser, Office and G-Suite platform
  • A mobile device (iOS or Android).
  • Flexibility to adapt to different timezones.


  • Bachelor’s  degree in Marketing, Communications, HR or equivalent



Location: Worldwide

Workload: Minimum 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Independent Contractor or PJ in Brazil

Start: Immediate.
