InEvent is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager based in LATAM  to help us meet our customer acquisition and keep our company competitive and innovative.  As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for selling the InEvent platform for the North American and European marketsYou will be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on driving excellence across the global event industry. The Sales Manager role is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of AEs that call upon hundreds of existing, prospective, emerging, and mid-sized and large companies, event agencies. 



InEvent is a B2B startup that develops intelligent digital solutions for events and marketing within medium and large enterprises, creating high-level management for the c-level suite and robust operational tools for analysts and managers.



We seek a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for hiring and mentoring a team of account executives, believe in the ABC of sales and ensuring that our growth targets are achieved while keeping InEvent competitive and innovative. 

Your responsibilities include: 


  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and presenting and implementing strategic sales plan to VP and C level.
  • Ensuring that Sales team expands customer base and ensuring InEvents strong market presence
  • Recruiting, managing, mentoring, and coaching account and sales representatives 
  • Setting clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Working strategically with the Customer Success - Community Happiness team to ensure that needs are met with quality and consistency standard
  • Creating  close working relationships with all key personnel at assigned accounts, and developing a thorough understanding of their power generation strategies and needs
  • Integrating  broader InEvent products and software solutions into both contractual and transactional sales activities and opportunities
  • Maintaining current business and develop new growth opportunities


Ideal Profile

  • Degree in any related field
  • 2-5 years of managing a sales team
  • Proven previous experience in meeting sales targets and quotas 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
  • Experience in sales CRM eg Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.
  • Fluent English - TOEFL IB > 95 or CAE > C1
  • Must have personal notebook (Mac or Windows) with access to internet browser, Office and G-Suite platform
  • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android).
  • Flexibility to adapt to different timezones.


  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in French or German is an advantage
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and associated strategies and tactics
  • Proven success using Solution Selling Methodologies
  • Techniques to influence requirements and the sales cycle timeline
  • Event Management software processes and technology



Location: Latin America

Workload: Minimum 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Independent Contractor or PJ in Brazil

Start: Immediate.
